March weekends in Tablescape pay tribute to Spain’s tapas culture with luxe bites and drinks at generous prices
Every Friday afternoon in March, guests can do as the Spanish do at Tablescape and unwind with delicious little bites and plenty of drinks, at prices that hard-pressed office workers will toast to, on repeat. From 5 March, Tablescape offers an exclusive Bite-Sized Tapas Menu to their dining tables from 3pm to 6pm. Every food item on this menu will cost $1++.
Guests who purchase at least one alcoholic drink will be entitled to order from this menu; and each drink entitles the diners to purchase up to five tapas. The Bite-Sized Tapas Menu offers house-pour beers at $10++ per glass.
If one is in a celebratory mood however, the generous 90-minute of free-flow prosecco or house-pour beer at $48++ will catch the eye, and utilising this promotion also means the diner is entitled to purchase an unlimited number of the bite-sized delicacies for the whole 3pm to 6pm.
Like the drinks, the food being offered are a study in generosity, being prepared only upon order and created with premium ingredients. Indulge in bites of Lobster, atop blinis and Avruga caviar or Foie Gras with William pear compôte, pistachio and balsamic vinaigrette on brioche.
Beer or Prosecco pairs equally delightfully with Cetera, a deceptively simple but flavourful alchemy of anchovies and butter on bread, or the Chilli Crab, in a crunchy cone, cucumber salad and crispy garlic sprinkles. Other noteworthy inclusions Wing, a luxurious take on the quintessential chicken wing bar snack with spicy sauce, and Chicken Rice, an elegant marriage of Singapore and Sicily in the form of deep-fried arancini with garlic chilli sauce.
Elegantly prepared as they are, every tapas brims with flavour yet occupies just a bite, allowing you to preview Tablescape’s modern European cuisine comfortably alongside the imbibement. These are indeed happy hours, yet the food proves to be just as intoxicating.
Toast to upcoming weekends amidst luxury and gastronomy. As the drinks flow and your moods glow, you’re invited to stay for dinner and complete the evening with the rest of Tablescape’s impressive European classics. You’ve had a taste, and it’s now time to indulge.
The Bite-Sized Tapas Menu is available from 3pm to 6pm on Fridays in March (5th, 12th, 19th, and 26th).
